In my mind all they want is a Flash animator - someone to fill a role in studio/production to do what the Art Director doesn’t have the chops to do. They’re not looking for someone to come to the table with ideas or look for interesting ways to bring a campaign to life though social media, mobile applications, out-of-home or the multitudes of options out there. Nope.
